Price Paint Plaster Primer is an alkali-resistant, penetrating primer specifically formulated to seal and prepare new plaster, cement render and concrete surfaces for painting. Its deep-penetrating formula binds surface particles, reduces porosity and creates an ideal foundation for topcoat adhesion.
